At Valrico Yoga Sanctuary, we are committed to cultivating a conscious community.
Our Community
The word conscious comes from the Latin con = "with" or "together" and scire = "to know". A conscious community is one that gathers in shared awareness: people learning, practicing, and growing.
This is a space where people come together to move, learn, breathe, and transform.
Our faculty are an essential part of this community. Our teachers are more than instructors; they are practitioners, guides, and students of the path. Each member of our faculty brings their own depth of study, lived experience, and unique voice to the practice.
Together they represent a range of traditions and modalities; from traditional yogic practices to modern somatic and movement-based approaches. All united by a shared intention: to create a space where practice is accessible, thoughtful, and transformative.

Ebbi
Hello! My name is Ebbi and I’m so excited to share my yoga journey with you. My adventure with yoga began in 2016, but I truly became passionate about it in 2019 after the birth of my son. Since then, fitness has become a way of life for me.
I hold several certifications, including RYT-200, Chair Yoga, along with ACE Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor credentials, as well as being a certified Warrior Rhythm Master Trainer. I started teaching yoga in 2023 and have had the privilege of sharing my passion at several different locations.
My favorite styles of yoga are hot yoga, power vinyasa, 26&2, and calming gentle flows. I truly believe that movement is medicine. Through meditation and commitment to practice, yoga has transformed my life, and I can't wait to share and be a part of your own yoga journey!

Jessica
My yoga journey began in 2017 after going to a Restorative class that gently led me towards a transformative period in my life. I was comforted and strengthened by the healing qualities I discovered in my yoga practice. As I explored more over the next few years, I grew to deeply love Restorative, Yin, and Aerial styles of yoga and all the while something was stirring deep within. I was inspired. I felt encouraged to become a yoga teacher and share the beautiful benefits with others. By trusting the process and embracing my passion, my dream came to life.
In December 2023 I completed my RYT-200 training at The Yoga House Brandon under the guidance of Sallie Rivers. I began teaching right away and in addition to studio and private classes, I am privileged to teach a weekly class for the Hillsborough County Sheriff Office employee community. I am certified in Restorative and Aerial yoga, and I am currently completing an 80-hour Yin Yoga certification.
Through the practices of conscious breathing, mindful movement, meditation, and integration of yogic philosophy, I strive to create a supportive and nurturing environment. My intention is to hold space for you, allowing you to connect deeply with your own inner wisdom. I hope to foster growth in your confidence, encouraging you to recognize and embrace that you are enough—just as you are, in mind, body, and spirit.
Well known yoga teacher, Maty Ezraty, said it best, "Keep in mind that, when you practice yoga, you're not practicing to improve yourself. You are perfect. The practice is there to help you know that." Those words land. I can’t wait to see you on the mat!
With peace & gratitude ~ Jessica

Sally A.
Sally’s journey with movement began in the quiet stillness of early morning, a sacred space where breath, body, and spirit meet the rising light. What started as a personal rhythm of renewal has unfolded into a deep calling: to guide others back home to their bodies with intention, reverence, and grace.
Rooted and guided in faith, Sally believes that the body is divinely designed, worthy of care, strength, and restoration. Within the peaceful, soul-nourishing space of Valrico Yoga Sanctuary, she invites students into a practice that goes beyond movement, becoming an offering of stewardship, worship, and alignment.
Her classes are a gentle balance of power and presence, fluid, strength-building flows woven with grounding breathwork and moments of stillness that create space for peace to settle deeply within. Each sequence is designed to awaken, challenge, and restore, while honoring the unique journey of every individual.
With a light-hearted and welcoming spirit, Sally creates an atmosphere where joy and intention coexist, where movement feels both purposeful and free. She believes that caring for the body should reflect the abundance and life we are promised, and that even in discipline, there is beauty, play, and grace.
Here, in this sanctuary, you are invited to move, to breathe, to be renewed, to rise in strength, to rest in peace, and to reconnect with the light placed within you.

Dave
Dave Chambers teaches yoga as a holistic practice, integrating movement, breath, meditation, and sound to support balance, awareness, and nervous system regulation. His classes emphasize accessible asana, mindful pacing, and presence beyond the physical postures alone.
Rooted in yoga, Dave also incorporates complementary practices such as pranayama, meditation, QiGong, and sound healing to create grounded, nourishing experiences for students of all levels. Sessions may focus on a single modality or gently blend practices depending on the intention of the class and the needs of the group.
Dave creates a calm, supportive environment where students are invited to slow down, tune inward, and reconnect with their natural rhythm—leaving each class feeling centered, relaxed, and renewed.

Katie
Katie began practicing yoga in 2018 and quickly developed a deep appreciation for both the practice and the supportive community at her hometown studio. As her interest grew, she became increasingly dedicated to expanding her understanding of yoga and its many benefits. Through her personal journey, Katie came to believe that everyone can benefit from incorporating some form of yoga into their lives.
She often reflects on the importance of longevity and mobility, inspired in part by her father. As Katie shares, “I have a dad in his 80s, and he needs to do yoga. I want him to be able to move in 20 years as effortlessly as he does today. There is so much more to yoga than postures. Yoga is breathing, movement, connection, stillness, and so much more.”
In 2023, Katie completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Brandon, Florida, under the guidance of Sallie Rivers (ERYT-200, ERYT-500), with the goal of sharing her passion for yoga with the community. She further expanded her training by earning her Restorative Yoga Teaching Certificate in December 2025 under the guidance of Denver Clark (C-IAYT).
Katie’s favorite style to teach is Hatha yoga, offering a gentle and accessible flow suitable for practitioners of all levels. She enjoys beginning classes with breathwork to help students settle into the present moment, then guiding them through simple, mindful movements that encourage awareness and connection throughout the body. Known for bringing lighthearted and welcoming energy to her classes, Katie believes yoga should be both meaningful and enjoyable. As she likes to remind her students, “You can’t take life too seriously—it’s just yoga.”
