OUT LOUD
with Chelsey Parkinson
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27 | 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM EDT

A workshop on finding your voice, trusting what you know, and letting yourself be seen.

You’ve done the trainings. You have the certifications. You have the experience. You probably know a freaking lot about what you do.

So why does it still feel so hard sometimes to actually own it?

Maybe you keep telling yourself you need to be more confident first. More experienced. More established. Maybe you know exactly what you want to say until it’s time to say it out loud, and suddenly you’re wondering how it’ll land, whether you’re qualified enough to say it, or if someone else in the room knows more than you do.

At some point, “I’m not ready yet” can become a really convincing place to hide.

Out Loud is a two-hour interactive workshop for practitioners and service providers who are ready to trust themselves enough to actually use their voice.

And I do mean interactive. We’re not going to spend two hours sitting around talking about how someday you should be more confident. You’ll get opportunities to speak, practice, be put on the spot a little, and notice what happens when you don’t have 45 minutes to overthink the perfect answer first.

We’ll explore where you’re still second-guessing what you know, what you actually believe about your work, where you may be editing yourself to stay comfortable or palatable, and what it looks like to start showing up as someone willing to lead.

Because you may not need another certification, another strategy, or six more months to “feel ready.”

You might need to hear yourself say the thing out loud.

And in the spirit of Virgo season, who better to help you stop overthinking every possible interpretation of what you want to say than a Virgo who has made an entire career out of noticing what everyone else missed?

Come ready to participate, get a little uncomfortable, and find out what happens when you stop waiting for permission to take up space.

OUT LOUD

You already have something to say. Let’s hear it.
