Join us for a deeply nourishing experience designed to calm the nervous system and refill your cup.
Gentle Yoga Practice to release tension and soften the body, Healing Sound Bath to quiet the mind and restore balance and afterwards a Nourishing Ayurvedic Meal to help you feel calm, grounded, and rejuvenated.
Slow down, receive, and be cared for. You give so much to others, this time is for you.
This is a guided reset that will give you the complete experience that yoga has to offer.

What to Expect:
1 hour All Levels Yoga Flow led by Sallie
1 hour Immersive Sound Bath led by Melanie
Light, nourishing Ayurvedic meal prepared by Katrina.
Intentional & welcome community
Movement to gently open the body, release tension and awaken prana.
A full sound bath to immerse the body in healing sound waves, soften, & drop into deep rest.
Space & time afterwards to commune together over lovingly prepared nutritious food to ground with each other.
